Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective Date: 1 July 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all machine purchases and lease-to-buy agreements with Voyager Machines, Belleza Machines and Secret Diamond Holdings.
1. Lease-to-Buy Deliveries
All machines supplied under a lease-to-buy agreement are subject to a mandatory delivery charge of £150.00.
For security, insurance and asset tracking purposes:
• All lease-to-buy machines must be delivered to the address stated on the lease agreement (the leasing address).
• Machines will not be delivered to an alternative address unless agreed in writing by the Company.
• Failed deliveries or requests to change the delivery address after dispatch may incur additional charges.
2. Collection of Fully Paid Machines
Customers who have paid for their machine in full may choose to collect it from the Academy by prior appointment.
By collecting a machine, the customer agrees that:
• Ownership and risk transfer to the customer immediately once the machine leaves the Academy premises.
• The customer is solely responsible for providing suitable transport, including an appropriately sized vehicle (such as a van or suitable car) and ensuring the machine is transported safely.
• The customer is solely responsible for loading, lifting, securing and unloading the machine. The Company is not responsible for providing lifting assistance or equipment unless agreed in advance.
• Any damage caused during collection, loading, transportation or unloading is entirely the responsibility of the customer or their appointed representative.
• The Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage occurring after the machine has been collected.
3. Machine Testing and Packaging
All machines are fully inspected, tested and quality checked before dispatch or collection to ensure they are in full working order.
As part of this testing process:
• Machines may be removed from their original factory packaging.
• Protective packaging may differ from the manufacturer’s original packaging.
• This is normal and confirms that the machine has undergone pre-delivery inspection and testing.
• Minor signs of handling associated with inspection, testing and quality control do not affect the performance or condition of the machine and are not considered defects.
4. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect their machine immediately upon delivery or collection.
Any visible damage or missing items must be reported to the Company within 24 hours, together with clear photographs where applicable. Failure to report any issues within this timeframe may affect the Company’s ability to investigate any claim.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing or collecting a machine from Voyager Machines, Belleza Machines or Secret Diamond Holdings, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Shipping & Delivery Policy, including the transfer of responsibility upon collection and the requirement to provide suitable transport and handling arrangements.
