Refund, Cancellation, Warranty & Lease-to-Buy Policy
Applicable to: Voyager Machines, Belleza Machines and Secret Diamond Holdings Ltd.
1. Deposits
All deposits paid to secure machinery, training, pre-orders or bespoke equipment are strictly non-refundable.
A deposit reserves stock, production allocation, ordering, administration and associated business costs. By paying a deposit, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.

2. Deposit Validity
Where a deposit is retained for future use or transferred to another machine, it will remain valid for a maximum period of six (6) months from the original payment date.
If the deposit has not been used within this six-month period, it will expire automatically and will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be available after this period.

3. Cancellation of Machine Orders
If a customer cancels an order after placing a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
Where a machine package includes complimentary or discounted training, and the customer subsequently cancels the machine purchase, the complimentary training offer will immediately cease.
Any training already provided, booked, attended, accessed online or made available will become chargeable at the standard published training price, which shall be payable by the customer.

4. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• New machines include a 12-month warranty on the main unit.
• Machine handles, handpieces, consumable parts and accessories carry a 6-month warranty.
• Ex-demonstration machines include a 6-month warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or negligence
• Improper maintenance
• Incorrect installation or operation
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused during transportation after delivery
Warranty claims may require photographs, videos or inspection by an authorised engineer before approval.

5. Lease-to-Buy Agreements
Lease-to-buy is offered entirely at the discretion of the company.
We reserve the right to:
• Approve or decline any lease-to-buy application without providing a reason.
• Withdraw lease-to-buy promotions at any time.
• Request additional identification or financial information before approval.
All lease-to-buy agreements are subject to a separate Lease-to-Buy Administration Fee where applicable.

6. Delivery Charges
All lease-to-buy machines are subject to a delivery charge to the premises nominated by the owner.
Delivery charges are separate from lease payments unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Ownership
Ownership of any machine supplied under a lease-to-buy agreement remains with Voyager Machines, Belleza Machines or Secret Diamond Holdings Ltd. (as applicable) until all payments, fees and outstanding balances have been paid in full.

8. Missed Payments and Collection
If payments are missed or the lease agreement is breached:
• The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement.
• The company may arrange collection of the machine without prior notice where permitted by law and the agreement.
• Any collection costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
• All payments previously made, including deposits, lease payments, administration fees and delivery charges, are non-refundable.
• No compensation or refund will be payable following repossession.

9. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law or where agreed by the company in writing.
No refunds will be given for:
• Deposits
• Administration fees
• Delivery charges
• Completed training
• Digital training materials
• Online course access
• Consumables already supplied
• Machines that have been used, installed or accepted without a qualifying warranty issue

10. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of a deposit, invoice, finance agreement or lease-to-buy agreement constitutes acceptance of this Refund, Cancellation, Warranty and Lease-to-Buy Policy.
Customers confirm they have read, understood and agreed to these terms before entering into any purchase or finance agreement.
