Having worked alongside her mother, Rebecca Barton, for many years, she's built extensive hands-on experience in laser technology and advanced aesthetic treatments. Claudia has a particular passion for laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and skin booster procedures, and loves sharing her knowledge with students — helping them build the confidence and practical skills to excel in aesthetics. She regularly demonstrates the latest technology using the full range of aesthetic machinery at the Marbella clinic, showcasing the results achievable through advanced treatment.

Rebecca is an experienced educator and aesthetics practitioner with over 20 years in the industry, specialising in advanced laser and aesthetic treatments. Having owned and operated two thriving clinics for over 15 years, she brings real-world clinical experience alongside her teaching expertise. She currently owns a salon in Marbella while continuing to work in Liverpool — combining international industry knowledge with hands-on training across the UK and Spain. Rebecca's teaching philosophy centres on ensuring every student leaves with the knowledge, competence, and support needed to build a successful career in aesthetics.

Denny's journey began at 17 in a Liverpool gym before joining the British Army at 19, where he qualified as a Physical Training Instructor and later served in Northern Ireland. He went on to complete an elite instructor course at the Infantry Training Centre in Brecon and earned his D32/33 Assessor qualification, teaching and assessing young recruits in health and personal development. After leaving the army, Denny managed the wellbeing of over 500 staff at ASDA before he and wife Rebecca opened their first beauty salon — a step that led him to complete several beauty certifications and his Level 3 AET, and ultimately to co-founding the aesthetics training academy. He holds Level 3 qualifications in Personal Training and Nutrition, supports over 100 clients with tailored coaching, and has completed further study with Stanford (nutrition science) and Harvard Medical School (lifestyle and wellness coaching).

Emily works in administration and customer service, helping to keep everything running smoothly for the team, customers, and students. She ensures everyone receives a professional and friendly service at Secret Diamond Holdings Ltd.

Agija's professional background is in district nursing, giving her a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and clinical excellence. For the past four years she has trained and mentored students at Secret Diamond Academy, helping them build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in aesthetics. Alongside nursing, Agija has worked in medical aesthetics for nearly seven years and owns and operates her own successful clinic. She's passionate about combining medical knowledge with advanced aesthetic treatments to deliver high-quality, evidence-based training.

Neil brings over 40 years of engineering experience to the Secret Diamond Academy and Voyager Machines team. Beginning his career on complex industrial printing machinery, he spent decades developing exceptional technical expertise before progressing into the laser and aesthetics industry, where his knowledge of laser technology, diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance is second to none. Neil plays a vital role in ensuring machines are built, tested, serviced, and maintained to the highest standard — his attention to detail and problem-solving skills mean there's very little he hasn't encountered throughout his career. Whether supporting customers, assisting with technical training, or providing engineering solutions, Neil's wealth of experience gives clients complete confidence in the reliability and performance of their equipment.
